SAD: Venture Smith

This is a sketch of Venture Smith, a superhero character from a WWII-era online RPG I'm playing in (the one where I'm playing The Fiend, incidentally). It's not his actual name, but rather a code name that he borrowed from the freedman folk hero, from whom he claims to be descended.

I was originally going to draw a domino mask on him, as the character has one, but I decided that he looks plenty cool without so he's not wearing it here.

Also, Venture apparently has an uncanny resemblance to one of the favored human identities (circa 2042) of the Martian Manhunter. I'm sure that's not a coincidence.
